Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using skyhighers.online or engaging RE Studios for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

RE Studios provides website design, Shopify store development, and business automation services. All project scopes are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Payment

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are handed over.

4. Revisions

Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions within scope. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables. RE Studios retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

RE Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered projects.
